There appears to be a lot at play. Until we see the specifics of the re-negotiated plant/equipment with China, we cannot be clear as to how much they need. Once that is finalised I am sure it will get released to the market and then we can more closely scrutinise the figures and what (if any) they will require of Magna.

Overall, this is a real win for NSL. The Magna facility is expensive so to minimise the need for it will really boost the company's freedom, removing "debt-handcuffs".

Hopefully Cedric is on the first plane to China and we hear more about the timeline to Phase 2 in due course.
