    For my own learning experience... the options exercise at 1c.. the share price is at 1c. Market will ensure that the gap stays at or below 1c...

    What makes you think they are worthless? I agree if you believe that the share price will stay below 1-1.4c for the next 7 months... but its not like it is excessively out of the money?
