I really believe the asx should audit each listed company and write a report (like a performance report), and have a star rating for each criteria.
e.g, efficiency/costs, disclosure and updates, growth and strategies etc.
in VRCs situation for example they would get 1 star when it comes to efficiency and costs. Like spacecake said, a zoom meeting is sufficient, (not all) but most of the times.
There really needs to be more of a crackdowns and penalties etc. (Penalties to individual directors and not the company)
