Very disappointing for shareholders if this will dilute shares yet again. It will be interesting if VRC boast about being oversubscribed again. With the amount of oversubscribed capital raises, they could have had stage 1 funded and running years ago.
I hope you all get a lift in price as the sophisticated investors strategize their exits in the period after the raise.
