i hope I understand this correctly...
there is around 21 million spvc shares. Let's assume all of these people withdraw there money. Then we end up with 5million promoter shares for nill consideration and Mergeco will sell USD60mill worth shares for discount. Then we have to pay all the expenses for both parties. Looks like day light robbery. Is this correct?
