The sort of Ann that usually comes right before a CR. Considering the fact that they're virtually out of cash and that this is an existing customer, management is clearly trying to prop up SP right before making a huge raise... I'd be very careful with this and stay away for a while at least till new significant contracts are signed, which is not likely with this mob
