So, I did send the questions off to BRN and have now heard back.

Here are as many answers to the questions they could give whilst abiding by the ASX rules and NDA's BrainChip has signed -

The commercial marketing agreement is an extremely positive move however, a few comments have been made with regards to Spikenet. What are the sales people from SpikeNet doing if BRN need to sign up T2M to market our product/s?

T2M has a high quality list of existing clients and potential leads across the globe to go with their many offices. They are good at what they do, management have a great track record, and as a result of the partnership BrainChip’s SNAP will be put in front of a large number of companies who are in just the right space to be interested in SNAP’s capabilities. This process will start within months. Spikenet has a sales team and will be out there promoting the products already in existence and those ones that will be produced post the integration of SNAP and Spikenet’s existing technology. There is easily enough room in the world for two sales teams, and many more.

The announcement on June 30 states the deal with Spikenet provides a "dedicated sales and marketing presence in Europe." I think a lot of investors in BRN expected a greater reaction following M3. A great achievement again, yet it seems maybe there was less interest than expected hence the above 2 acquisitions. Can you elaborate a little on the companies showing interest in the SNAP technology recent, and since completion of M3?

Companies have shown interest in SNAP post M3 are of varying size and from a wide range of sectors. This is within expectations as the technology can be applied to so many purposes.
In the recent Quarter Update Peter Van Der Made said he expects work done so far this year to bear fruit in the remainder of 2016. This work has focused on winning new partnerships, a collaboration agreement and a maiden License.

Can you provide some insight with regards to results from Inilabs and ABR?

Comments here are confined due to NDA’s. What the Company can say is that the lines of communications are active, opportunities are being sought after and the Board is happy with the partnership program as part of the wider marketing strategy.
Are you able to confirm if BRN has finished all the work necessary to develop the software to get SNAP to communicate with data flowing in and out of SNAP?

Yes, this has been the case since the achievement of Milestone 3.
Are you at the point where you can rapidly roll out a plug and play camera device with SNAP and sign multiple contracts?

Yes we have but “rapidly” is open for definition of course. BrainChip’s capabilities in this sector are further enhanced with the Spikenet acquisition whose products are, in many cases, using off the shelf cameras to provide end user solutions.
With regards to some recent articles about IBMs new "unsupervised learning" chip, is it possible to comment on the similarities and /or differences to SNAP, and has it infringed on Peters patent in any way?

There was no comment made with regards to this question.
    Cheers
    GL
