BRN can always buy as much tech expertise as it needs. They are everywhere, and usually cheap. (We may already have the world's best tech expertise.)
As we have seen, getting a commercially astute CEO is the hard thing. At times a very hard thing.
This is a common mistake, always wanting an industry expert as CEO, rather than a sales and marketing expert. An executive who can determine what people want and will pay money for, and get it to them.
