It depends what you mean by "shares on issue" and WHO is doing the "issuing"!!!
The ASX says they have 134,183,260 "shares on issue"
ASIC says they have 134,183,260 "shares on issue"
The company itself says have 134,183,260 "shares on issue"

However WebIress says only 74,133,187 shares.

But if you check LRC for example, you will see they recently bought a gold project in Chile for 300 million shares. They have "issued" the shares, the ASX has listed them, the company has listed them, yet WebIress still say they only have 408 million share on issue, instead of 708 million shares!

The moral of the story? WebIress is not alway right! Just because they give a figure DOESNT mean thats the "number of shares on issue"

The ASX determines that, not WebIress!
