Mr Prize,
Can you please explain- if there is no deal to create the immense metals exchange in Saudi Arabia, then why are these two people sitting at this desk making as if to sign something, with a line of people behind them standing biggest to smallest in front of some sort of screen in what appears to be a large and mostly empty room?
i note the guy third from the right is out of place. Looks as if he should really be third from the left. Maybe even second as he's quite short. Would that invalidate the deal under Saudi law?
