    I don't think that's correct. MBE have stated multiple times that their marketable audience in Australia is 28 million (I assume that includes new zealand or people with multiple handsets because Australias population is only 23 million).

    Never the less, Australia nor Australia/New Zealand does not have 28 million Android users.
