They didn’t want to buy when the market crashed and it went down to mid 20’s , they didn’t want to buy in the next lows in the low 30’s , they didn’t want to buy in the next higher low of mid and higher 30’s , they didn’t want to buy in the low 40’s or mid 40’s yet while the trend is moving up they keep watching for an entry point ……
at what point do they enter at after all the good reports and the company moving forward ?
