This is was a bigger miss than even I predicted. Annualized it’s net revenue of 46.4 mil. Last year 2018 predicted numbers for these practices on the prospectus was 57.8mil. 

It’s worse when you consider this quarter is typically the second best in dental. 25% miss.

First full quarter too. Wonder what this does to the full year  NPAT guidance of $6,000,000 (excluding acquisitions), for FY19
