I have dabbled in a couple of block-chain stocks over the last couple of months....would not want to miss out on some fun.
I have come to the realization that these 'cryto/block-chain tech' announcements will often show little substance. In this case I am comfortable with this (generally speaking) because:
a) they are a technology startup not an established industry with strong financial background or financial history
b) IT has been moving toward software as a service model (SAS) model for a while now...so it is not a simple transfer of $ for a product
c) SAS model can mean giving software away initially and making money later...how do you think Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn get by...
As for the partnership in this situation...very exciting stuff...
