That land that you speak of swp, I'm guessing( and it is a guess only) that Gle would soon need to buy or lease the block of land adjacent to the Paducah plant that is depicted in Silex's presentations. It would be strange for Gle to apply for an operating licence for use on land they had no access to. You've been around a long time and would probably also recall some talk last decade about negotiations to aquire that block. It is light scrubby country that has little appeal or use except for hunters. I thought part of the proposed deal was to expand the hunting access to other parts of the area to make up for the land to be lost to the Gle site.
