It was great to catch up with you and the others for a drink after the AGM. No, I have not heard any more about the land purchase I guess that they may announce that to the market once it is contracted. However, after the positive side comments from MG to his report and in speaking with the Directors informally afterwards it was not a matter of waiting for a successful outcome from the pilot plant demonstration it is just a matter of when it will be deployed on a commercial scale. That the Directors have now committed GLE to leasing 55,000 sq ft at Wilmington in which to manufacture the Plant, Machinery and equipment to build the commercial facilities at Paducah. That is a huge building and is a significant commitment that they would not have made if they were not absolutely sure that there was little or no risk.
To my mind this has de-risked the whole project and i am now in the process of updating my investment thesis with some numbers that may now have some meaning.
