Ok everyone calm down. Yes it was a poorly worded announcement that lacked appropriate deal details however the shares do not default to $4.05 per share. Read todays clause 7f.2 issue of securities announcement and the shares will be bought/issued at higher of next few days vwap or a FLOOR of $4.05.
