Is it great news that a company has been given 2 million worth of silex shares at a strike price of 4.05, around a 20 % percent lower than current price. If this follows normal activity after what is actually a capital raise, down to 4 it will go. As it is effectively a capital raise why isn't this price sensitive, or isn't it a large enough value to warrant it?
