A couple of points regarding the sale of shares at $4.05
This deal wasnt worked out last night . It was probably negotiated over weeks or months during which time the share price was a lot lower. Nothing misleading. Its all there in black and white.
i am just glad it wasnt done at $3 in September
That being said all this will be a distant memory when my price prediction comes true later this year
