Sorry Phil that's not how I read it. if says the NUMBER of shares will equal the vwap price that enables 2 million dollars but that the price is $4.05. If the Vwap is higher less shares are issued but at the same price. my biggest initial concern was as you stated, a very poorly (rushed??) worded announcement.
