Management may have been surprised by the sudden turnaround in share price with the Capital Raise.

There are several items of news that maybe released in the next few weeks. They would NOT be breaking ASX listing rules to extend the Capital raise for a few weeks with anticipation of news release. They really have no downside.

Good news = Full capital raising
Bad news = Capital Raise similar to now

Of course this is only speculation but the Silicon Enrichment plant is expecting news anytime, that nay give things a boost
