As a St. Kilda supporter, I am used to hopeful expectations, untapped promise, unfulfilled destiny, perennial disappointment, underachievement, defeat from the jaws of victory, failure, heartache after heartache. And yet, despite that experience throughout my life, SLX still manages to outdo it. That is indeed remarkable.

Having said that, I consider today was a good day for us from a business perspective. We need BoD and management to realise they're running a very tiny company now, and materially revise down their wages accordingly. And spending on laser enrichment needs to be severely curtailed, unless a tangible outcome is within reach.
