This is very disappointing for investors and the company.
The market will respond accordingly (if it hasn't already done so).
Now is the time for the board to step up and carefully engage possible new markets. It being difficult is why the MD gets the big $.
No doubt the future negotiations (if any) will be vastly different from the USA experience.
Frankly I am quite pleased the regulation proned USA is out. Too many departments etc .
If the China or India were interested the whole thing would have been up and running years ago.
If nothing else at least we know.
