investors hate delays, this announcement states simply no soon decision on silicon is expected and all avenues will be pursued to ensure this asset gets utilized.
Definetly cant ask anything more from the company for long term holders.
The people exiting today will provbably be back when news of offtake/smelter resurfaces some time in the next few months.
