A bit of a fast one. Treasury is saying "depositors will have access to all their deposits starting March 13", with the insured $250K available immediately and things will proceed from there. By the time FLN is finished with it they're telling people "100% of deposits will be
available from Monday 13th March".
I'm sure they'll be fine in this sense, though.
Of course, the last thing FLN wants is a panic or a run on "user obligations" since SVB isn't the only company that's been "swimming naked" (Warren Buffett: "Only when the tide goes out do you discover who's been swimming naked"). Negative net working capital and negative tangible assets aren't that typical for an ASX company.
