This is an incredibly poor announcement. Back in late January they announced the receipt of wafers within 2 weeks (i.e Mid Feb) and that results would be communicated within a month of receipt (i.e. Mid March). What has happened in the month between mid Feb and now before the forced shutdown.

This is now going to stagnate for a few months all the while costs will be incurred. The options are unlikely to be exercised by June meaning less cash coming in and now we are staring down another raising by year end which will be incredibly dilutive if there is no positive results ahead of the raising.
