this is a joke. why on earth would you endorse this take over is beyond me. the management team must have been paid off with bonuses etc in their new owners structure. a growing business taken below the IPO price so that the "shareholders can realise the value of their investment" according to Boris. if the shareholders wanted to realise their investment they can sell their shares 5 days a week between 10-4 Boris
