It definitely was end of calendar year, but if that slips into January I won't be concerned.
The DFS for Cerenergy and offtake will be announced/released together IMO. So if takes a little longer for final agreement and signing of contracts, then so be it.
There is the possibility the successful offtaker will contribute project equity. Similar to that of SMS with the HPA project.
I don't agree with your 'a lot of hype' comment.
On the contrary I see a distinct lack of hype.
No hype on this HC forum.
No hype in the SP - just look its history.
New investors seem disinterested or holding off.
Many existing investors in the red, stale, cynical or becoming so.
So a good time to buy or top up IMO.
