They have way too many overheads. Check out the staff on LinkedIn. Silverchef Australia & Canada = over 500 staff! Market cap = $190m
They will have to do a lot of retrenching and paying out $$ to staff.
Way too much debt also.
This could be a death spiral for the company. It's not out of question they "could" go broke in a year or two.
