Interesting SP action; "the market" would appear to be pricing a big risk component into play. SIV is worth 70 cents only if the scheme of arrangement is approved and it would appear a lot of people are not prepared to take an arbitrage position yet!!
There is 10 cents per share available to everybody who believes the scheme will be approved and proceed.
