Pardner. I agree with your view that the move from $1 down to the lower amount was expected but I think think the 70c is purely coincidental. Next have to offer a decent premium to bring shareholders/board over the line.
Sterlo. The reason why the SP is higher than 70c is because buyers are attributing value to the Contingent Value Notes. I would be selling as I feel that the price is not risk adjusted. There are still a few outs for Next in the SIA. Sad to see the company go like this.
