Today's update is probably slightly good news, but really SIV needs to get rid of whoever provides these releases IMO, as they always leave massive gaps that are quite unprofessional. It is as if they want the SP to fall due to uncertainty. For example - suddenly there is a $78m gap between the total assets in the half year report, and the "value of assets held" in today's announcement. So what are we to make of the $78m diff? I'd like to know what the remaining assets are in their breakdown, and roughly what timeframe we can expect for realising these, or if they will be transferred to hospitality, or gradually written off etc.

In the preceding announcement they magically left out aging of debtors, which was a key issue for funders to give the thumbs up.

At least originations are up today.
