Pos might go to 18$ 17$ BEFORE its going 36$ and 50$ usd next year ,23 and BEYOND 50$ !! What you propose is that someone sells his 90% finished built house on 2000 square meters of property. In the middle of Sydney for 100.000 $ ? Knowing itl be worth 2,5 Millions$ if he finishes the 10 percent which he has the money for to do it ! Nobody would do that !!!!! A T/O is now unacceptable ,below id say at least a 1 $ !!
