    FBX I could not agree more.
    4th quarter will be accurate but I am feeling this cash injection was required to make sure this happens. I think the ramp up and man hours are stepping up and will be more so as summer hours may provide for more working daylight hours.
    The fact is they need to get production to full steam toward end of 3rd quarter or they may miss the first commitment to payback CBA
