Did not look into this in any great deal and could be wrong but isn't this a cash now than later deal? or am i missing something.

1800000 ounces at $2.37 (difference) = $4,266,000 (might be off slightly in calcs) and they are getting $5.2 million

1800000 ounces at $29.63 = $53+mil guaranteed (noting that silver could pop and they could lose money)

so whats the problem? or am i missing something?

I know silver is not looking so strong and share price might be beaten down but management seem to be on the right path here and in my view have made very few missteps.
