So let me get this straight.. there wasn’t enough money for holders to get a dividend this year again, but there’s enough money for them to buy shares in another company!!
That doesn’t sit well with me.
it might be a really good buy and make the company more valuable, but it also might be a complete failure too!
meanwhile the investors have to watch the share price fall again on the whims of management!!
