Amazing that EGA's SP is currently at 29c when we are being offered .27 of an SLR share (25.9c). The market has spoken and it doesn't believe that SLR has any chance of getting hold of EGA for this joke of an offer.

I do agree that SLR's plan for Rothsay is sound - there just isn't any need for SLR to takeover EGA to implement this plan. The grade of ore at Rothsay is such that you can transport it almost anywhere in WA. Deflector is only one of many plants that could treat the Rothsay ore.

I think SLR might find that the EGA shareholders are not complete fools and can tell when a offer fairly values EGA or not.
