i dont think its a dilution, thats an acquisition, you pay for the assets right? you may argue its over priced, SLR is paying too much premium.
but the point is you have to believe the board of SLR knew the reason behind this movement, even for their own pocket.... the POG would be in high end for the following couple years, in my opinion, as long as SLR can prove generating cash post the acquistion, I dont see why they should not go ahead.
