re: Ann: Silver Lake to acquire Phillips Rive... Questions have been put forward whether the accquisition of Phillips River is a good deal or not. You can analize it from every angle, but without having the same inside knowledge, perspective and vision that management have,it is pointless exercise.
If you have total trust and respect for the managements capability, which can only be measured by their past achievements and not based on future promises....Then it's a good business decision......Tim.
