re: Ann: Silver Lake to acquire Phillips Rive... Happier to have the additional resources so long as Les & team feel it is likely that the conditions are met. Nice to have the 95,000 tonnes of Cu, 10M oz Ag and the 1m oz Au for sure, once these metals re-rate it will give SLR a very appealing profile and a long term vision for growth/expansion. Better news for PRH holders too. Here's hoping it all comes off smoothly this time.
