Pavlova agree with the housing market. That crash is coming fast. Can't believe an old shack I bought for a few dollars 30 yrs ago is today worth a million. Unbelievable stuff. Govt not a Govt. Many issues. Cash is defiantly King and SVL has run out of steam. As it is a junior miner going nowhere best to do nothing for a few years. Not ready for the dunny wall yet but getting close.
