It's probably all going swimmingly and they're concentrating on the feasibility study and didn't feel it's an issue. That quote earlier was from the corporate update on the 16/03/18, only 1 week ago, which they stated basically in my own words "they'd release the feasibility study first and then concentrate on the EIS".
Note* this isn't the first silver mine with lead and won't be the last. Silver and lead go hand in hand. Other companies and mine sites manage it.
