In my opinion, the problem is ‘Peter Harold’ - I don’t think his a good operator (and his track record at Panoramic Resources) speaks for itself when you review the share price (during his tenure) and other issues at the time.
Interesting, since Victor taking over the leadership, Panoramic is thriving (capitalising on the PON) with the share price moving beautifully in an uptrend hitting $0.39 a share only two weeks ago.
You may not like me saying this but always refer to the CEO as the first step and everything else should mould into place.
Ask yourself why is there delays? Shouldn’t really be this hard…
