    Ok, did anyone attend the presentation this morning and if so could we have a summary?
    I am so interested in how this plays out and why they partnered with this company. I find it difficult to understand why the top 20 holders would agree to this price as they would be interested in 5x multiples and this takeover price does not reflect that.

    Every analysis I have read on this company have suggested >1.00 so the whole thing intrigues me.
