I don't think Silvercorp would care much about the ASX listing to be honest. Likely more of a hassle for them and doesn't provide any real benefits. Multiple listings have sort of gone out of vogue with many investors able to own across international markets fairly easily.
They've said they'll pursue an ASX listing but I'd say that's mainly just to appease ASX shareholders who don't want to own TSX stock.
