There is simply no premium (at the current prices) for ORR shareholders in the takeover bid - none.

So why would you sell out?
    Why would you do it?

Silvercorp is being slaughtered again overnight on the TSX - down another 5%.
Do you, as a shareholder of ORR, actually want to be apart of this slaughter, for nothing, because you are getting nothing in the takeover at this price, but you are giving up everything - everything for nothing.

Do you think this makes any sense?
Are you actually that self destructive, or foolish?

Silvercorp's initial takeover bid said it equated to an ORR share price of 60 cents, and yet at current company share prices, the takeover bid now sits at an equivalence of around 46 cents.

So, if this is indeed the case, who is the fool, who has duped who?
Are you being groomed as part of a "Sting" operation?

Have the directors of Silvercorp fooled the shareholders of ORR, out of all their gold, for a cheap price, or have the directors of ORR simply sold the company out very cheaply and fooled their own shareholders?

Is it the perceived incompetence of ORR directors to get funding that has frightened them into recommending a very cheap takeover bid from the Chinese?
The Chinese are very adept at these bids, very Machiavellian.

I suppose it doesn't matter, in the end, how you view it.
You just need to look at the figures.
The figures don't lie, but humans do, especially when it comes to the accumulation of money and wealth.

And the figures tell us that the current bid is NOT equivalent to 60 cents ORR, because in reality it is NOW currently equivalent to just 46 cents ORR, and so therefore it smacks of either the ORR directors selling out (for their 30 pieces of Silver, like Judas) or the Silvercorp directors manipulating the market.

When you make a decision, just go to the bottom line, do you want a 60 cents or more equivalent for your ORR shares, or are you simply willing, like the ORR directors, to be ripped off and effectively cheated out of all your wealth?

    You decide.
Yes, you decide what is more truthful.
Do the sums, and read the figures objectively, and then listen to your heart.

    Gw
