Gw, the numbers do stack up.

    Go it alone:
    • Dilution through equity raise
    • High debt repayment costs, starting from project kick off
    • No technical team in place
    • No project team in place
    • Delays in achieving gold mid 2025
    • Single asset, single country, single commodity
    • No 15c divi

    Ride Silvercorps coat tails:
    • Divi straight up derisks your capital
    • Superior technical team in place
    • Well drilled project team in place - they have built plenty of processing plants
    • Multi asset, multi country, multi commodity
    • Profitable operations with no cap raise for 13 years
    • Dividend paying (that may stop/slow during this build)
    • SVM undervalued + ORR undervalued = 1+1=4
    • Little financing will be required with majority of costs covered from existing operations

Like the booklet says, its advantageous developing the project under the merged entity than doing it ourselves.

Your 80c is very short sighted and I'm suggesting if you are patient, you will see double that, if not more over the next 2~3 years. 80c tells me you just want more now, without the risk of development - which is fine, but don't hide behind the excuse we are better off going it alone or that management have sold it off too cheaply.

@ANTON707 and @DrDrill69 get on board, you'll like this one. The more you put on, the more you get back.
