Can PRU & SVM buy on market.

If not, then do we have another player coming in.
This is what happened when PRU entered, I think it was Euroz being the conduit back then that initiated the trades.
If another large cross trade goes through I think this might be the case.

Of course pure speculation and hoping on my behalf for a better offer.
