Pretty serious stuff....assessed for $210m in tax and penalties re capital deductions, deemed dividend on recap of mine and penalties.....
Doesn't sound like finger on the pulse type of stuff, nor the tyre of encouragement you would expect from government with SBM on the cusp of a major investment in the mine.
SBM (mis) management never ceases to amaze me.
So relieved I already bolted from this one
