Lease up for renewal while trying to negotiate a sizable tax assessment and then throw in a renegotiation of the royalty basis onto a profitability metric for good measure ?
Anyone else get a really uncomfortable feeling about this? - SBM are in a really weak negotiating position here and may well find themselves in an even bigger hole than they have been.
This has the potential to be calamitous.
